Discord

hey everyone, been a while since i last posted, got a special one today.

some time ago i got into a new show.......

im just gonna go out and say it that the show is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

if anyone is wondering why im watching this show, well if you havnt noticed its rather popular, and for a damn good reason lol. just ask me why and ill go ahead and reply, but for now i dont want to spend too long explaining in this description. just know that its a really good show and that i love the crap out of it!

what i will do explain is this character

this is Discord, spirit of chaos and disharmony.

Discord is an awesome character from the show who mimics the personality and abilities of StarTreks own Q, an omnipotent and immortal being who spent his time trolling the crew of the star ship enterprise and other ships of the federation. Q also spent time teaching the captains, mostly Pikard, things about the universe, and is one of my most favorite characters.

Discord is voiced by the guy who played Q himself, John De Lancie, so that instantly made me love him.

Discord is a creature totally made up by the creators of the show, calling him a Draconequus (the two latin words, Draco and equus, which translated means literally "Dragon Horse"). his body represents completely what hes about, total chaos and disharmony. he has the head of a pony, the claw of an eagle, the paw of a lion, the leg of a reptile, an oxen's leg, the tail of a snake, and the horns of an antelope and a narwhal. as well he has the wings of a blackened bat and blue bird.

in the show he was just fantastic in his role as a Q look alike, with reality bending powers, excellent dialogue, the whole package. im not gonna go much further into it then that, youll have to go check it out yourself lol.

again, the show is awesome, and iv got a whole arsenal of reasons why one should watch it
