Lucifus, aspect of insanity

I decided to re-draw one of my characters today, specifically the aspect of insanity.

He's one of many that I've re-designed throughout the years, just I haven't done anything new for them in terms of concept art.

His name used to be "sin," but I've long since dumped that name, due to it being really...unoriginal, corny, etc.

To touch up on his story a bit, he's the aspect that resides on Jupiter in the spectral plain, and is responsible for the phenomenon that occurs in humans known as insanity. He has the uncanny ability to manipulate matter through the use of telekinesis, and has a variety of abilities concerning extra sensory perception. Although I did not color it here, his skin is an assortment of orange colors.

His eye was changed long ago due to a catastrophe that occurred to his planet, Jupiter, one of which that would forever scar the planet's gaseous surface with its red mark.

His eye was directly affected, becoming warped and forming a pocket gateway to an unknown plain within his eye socket. the small gateway would spew forth a chaotic energy from his eye, which would have destroyed his being entirely unless he kept his eye closed indefinitely. To remedy his situation, he gathered a metallic substance found within the core of Jupiter itself, and used his telekinetic abilities to warp it around his head and into his eye socket, forming a transparent lens to replace his eye lids, allowing him to see. With this, he is given the ability to unleash the energy at will, projecting forth a destructive blast by simply opening his transparent eye lids. However, prolonged exposure would ultimately destroy him, so he can only unleash the blast once in a while.

Although he himself is not insane, he is still a malicious creature, one of which revels in dealing out cruel and severe punishment to whom he wishes. The hosts that he inhabits when residing on earth are the ones who're insane, which makes them inherently easy to manipulate, as their addled minds have very little resistance to his influence.
